Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase and are confident that you will be. As a result, we are happy to offer our customers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see our “Return Process” below for more information.
To return an item, you must first Contact Us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any returns without a RMA. All RMA requests must be made made within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item. 
After you have received a RMA number from us, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided, then ship your item to the address listed on the RMA. Returned items must be in the same condition as received.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item was damaged during shipment*. We recommend that you use a trackable method when you ship your item back to us.
Damaged Items
If the item was received damaged, you must Contact Us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipper. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable situation.
We will process your return or exchange after receiving your return and after inspecting the condition of your item. Please allow at least three (3) days to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
