Art for Public Spaces

Transforming Shared Spaces Through Contemplative Art

I create fine art mixed-media originals and photography prints designed to bring a sense of calm, reflection, and visual interest to shared environments. My work is well suited for public and semi-public spaces where people gather, pause, and move through their day — places where atmosphere and spaciousness matter.

Drawing inspiration from landscape, architecture, abstraction, and the subconscious, each piece is created to invite quiet engagement without overwhelming the space. The goal is not distraction, but presence.

My work is curated with a consideration for how it would function in a public setting — scale, tone, color, and emotional impact all play a role. Suitable environments include:

  • Corporate Offices
  • Conference Spaces
  • Healthcare and Wellness Facilities
  • Hospitality (hotels, lobbies, restaurants, common areas)
  • Civic, Municipal, and Educational Spaces

This work is intended to complement architectural elements while contributing warmth, depth, and a sense of human connection.

My photography is more planned and intentional than my mixed-media work. It is devoted to capturing what I’m seeing at that brief moment in time. My mixed-media work is created intuitively, allowing forms, textures, and color relationships to emerge organically.

Whether abstract or representational, my intention is always to create a sense of balance — work that feels grounded, open, and quietly engaging.

I believe art in public spaces should support the emotional experience of those who encounter it, offering moments of pause, curiosity, or calm throughout the day.
