Online Print Orders

How Soon Will I Receive My Order?

Most print orders are processed and ready for shipping within 2-3 business days, with shipping time varying from 2-7 days. Combined, you will receive your order within 4-14 business days.  Framed and/or matted prints take longer, typically 8-15 business days total. Merchandise may take 9-17 business days. The shipping times will vary depending on the following:

  • The shipping option selected (Ground, Express, etc).
  • Your location in relation to our production facilities.
  • Shipping delays due to weather, supply chain issues, etc.
  • Orders are only processed during business hours. If you place your order on Friday, processing may not begin until the following Monday (or business day).

Ground shipping in the US and Canada is FREE for orders totaling $15.00 or more (see notes on Larger Prints below). The selected shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc) will be determined based on the items you’ve ordered and and destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Larger Prints – Prints larger than 30″ x 40″ may require an additional packaging or handling. Please Contact Me for more information.

Shipping Outside of the United States, Canada
If your shipping destination is outside of the United States or Canada, please Contact Me, along with the details of your order and I will get back to you with the shipping cost.

I am happy to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item. Please review my Return Policy for more information.

  • I will do my best to ensure that your prints are processed and packaged carefully and arrive un-damaged to your destination.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please keep ALL packaging and Contact Me immediately. Be sure to include your order number for further instructions.
  • Commissioned Art is NOT returnable.

If you need to cancel an order, you will need to reach out to me ASAP via my Contact Me page.

If the order has already been processed, a cancellation will likely not be possible, and the item will need to be returned by you.

What Is The Best Way to Reach You?

The best way to reach me is thru my contact form at https://www.chipjonesstudio.com/contact/.

The primary reason I do not post my contact info online is simply due to the fact that I receive way too much spam if I do so. Simply fill out my contact form and be sure to include your contact preference (email, phone, in-person). I will reach out to you as soon as I can, typically within one day.

My address? I do not currently have a storefront or walk-in gallery that you can visit. For this reason I do not post this information online. I am more than happy to meet with you in-person (at a nearby coffee shop, etc). Just let me know how I can reach you via my contact form. Thank you!
